A fabulous day tour from Chiang Mai to enjoy a soft trek by visiting the ethnic hill tribes of Hmong and Karen Villages.  On this trekking day, you will also enjoy with elephant riding into the jungle and bamboo rafting along the stream.

Program:

HMONG VILLAGE – ELEPHANT RIDE – KAREN VILLAGE – BAMBOO RAFTING (-/L/-)

08:00 - Depart from the hotel in Chiang Mai by a local truck to Mae Wang area.

Arrive and begin to walk for 30 minutes to visit the Hmong Village and spend another 30 minutes to trek back. 

Experience an Elephant ride through the jungle about 30-40 minutes.

Lunch at the local restaurant.

Continue driving to visit the waterfall.

Visit Karen hill tribe village and transfer to a rafting camp to take the bamboo rafting along Mae Win River about 1 hour. 

Return by truck back to Chiang Mai.

17:00 - Drop off at the hotel.

Out of Route Area:

  • The following areas are out of route for pick up and drop off: Mae Rim Area, Sa Moeng Area, Hang Dong Area, San Kampang Area, Veranda High Resort and some others outside of the city center. We will suggest the hotel in the city center as a meeting point at the time of confirmation.
  • A request for pick up and drop off at the out of route area is possible at an extra charge of 700 Baht per transfer per way (not per person). For Hmong Lodge and Panviman Resort & Spa: extra charge 1,100 Baht per transfer per way. We will send separate payment link upon request.
