Though we are yet to receive train tickets, we will collect them from our hotel in Bangkok, my dealings via email with Kitima have been excellent, prompt and very professional.
Kitima has answered all my email questions and has provided a very high level of service that allows me a confidence when pre paying for tickets in a foreign country.
