I specifically asked for a recommendation for a hotel for my Sister's family, including children of 7yrs, 10yrs and a baby of 3 months.The recommended hotel was reported to me as poor and the only access was through a gogo bar and its accompanying noise.
After using your company for many years, without such problems, I suggest that your agents should be more aware of the hotels that they recommend |

Hotel Service Crew in general is polite and helpful. Especially all the Front Desk Hotel Staff.
Hotel Location is at least 15-mintues walk to the Chaweng Centre, so location is a bit inconvenient without a rented motorbike.
In general, my stay with the hotel is a very pleasant experience.

Amari Lagoon Resort Phitsanulok--Bath water was brown could not and did not wish to try and clean ones self in it.
All other Hotels were fine and overall satisfaction was excellent |

All concerns were addressed promptly and she was very helpful.
One concern I feel your company must address is your willingness to place your clients on the train at the conclusion of this tour. This was a very bad decision on someones part it would have been better to automatically book them on the airlines back to Bangkok then put them through that train ride our estimation of our tour dropped considerable because of it. Thank Budda we at least had the foresight to book 1st class and even that was terrible . |

Dear Ms. Nicky,
the resort is ok., but is it a bit unpersonal, they did not take care of their guests as we got used to in other parts of your beautiful country. May be it has to do with Koh Samui, it is too popular. Too many hotels are being built, be careful with your enviroment.

Very good, a small suggestion: please try to influence your clients to visit other places, then the places where everybody goes to. Why not another island then Koh Samui. People love the original thai places. |
