The specific rooms (suite) on the 14th floor that we stayed in at the White Orchid for 1 night was comfortable BUT there was a VERY BIG problem with noise from the elevators. We only discovered this when we came to bed late at night and heared the elevator going up and down during the entire night. As we were with our children we could not complain immediately. When we complained the next morning the staff at the desk told us to wait for the manager who would come in at about 9 am. As we were leaving early I could not wait until 9 am and requested an immediate solution. I asked for some sort of compensation. It is not possible that the hotel does not know about the noise in the room and I mentioned this to the people at the desk. When I insisted to speak to the night manager I spoke to someone who told me the same thing - wait for the manager and eventually they closed the phone on me - of all the things that happened this was a very impolite thing to do and I was very angry.
I gave up complaining and continued to have a very enjoyable stay in Thailand. You have a beautiful country with wonderful people - the only ''incident'' that I had was at the White Orchid.
If there is anything that you can do in this regard then I would of course be very greatful.

Unfortunately, we found we were visitng at the wrong time of the year; rained most days. Could not fully appreciate all the facilities of this Beach Resort because of it.
Our de luxe bungalow had an semi-outside bathroom, which in warm weather would be great, but in this rainy weather a bit of a disaster because the floor and everything else was constantly sopping wet. |

1. No privacy! The hotel will tell you the name of guest if you just give them room number.
2. Poor reception, poor response, attitude of hotel staff are worse then tuk tuk driver.
3. Usually hotel in Japan and other country allow guest in room but you have to ask permission and some case they have right to refuse because they are expert they do know who is good and who is bad
4. Ambassador hotel do allow guest in room but you have to pay joiner fee 650 Baht. The security peoples of hotel are not expert they do see prostitute on all native girls. Funny things I paid 650 Baht twice to take my client to my room for 10 to 20 minute (unfortunately both of them was women) to show my products.
5. This hotel is not good for businessman.
6. Room has little bad smell and bathroom utilities are very poor but comparing how much I paid per night is fair and housekeeper does very excellent work.
7. I got a good lesson, never take hotel below 100 $
8. Food of hotel was crab MAI PEN SABPA ROT
9. This hotel is very perfect for Indian, Bangladesh, African and Middle East people.

I have very pleasant stay in Thailand and by grace of Lord Buddha my business went well as I expected. For me Thailand is always a little paradise in earth.
I am very thanks to Ms. Thippawan for making my trip easy and hope to use the service of Royal Exclusive Travel in near feature too. Her response and service was very fast then my thought.
The website of Royal Exclusive Travel is very informative but some thing still missing. If possible please ask propose of visit of your guest personally and if they are not picking right hotel please suggest them the right hotel.

In our journey, we were driving a hired car. I have requested the hotel shuttle bus to lead our way from airport to hotel when making the reservation. This was not known to the one who picked me up in the airport. After I have explained the situation to her, the message was once again not passed to the driver. |
