We loved the hotel. Our only complaint is that for breakfast we couldn't order white coffee.
We highly recommend the hotel. The staff was especially wonderful; friendly and helpful. |

The one problem occurred when making the reservation. I don't know why you would need to know the bank we deal with when we give our credit card information. Other than that, the agent was very prompt, curteous and helpful. |

We had a wonderfull time, the cottage was very clean. Everything worked. The gardens are beautifull.
The hospitallity of the owners is very welcoming and we did enjoy the personal attention verymuch.
The staff were friendly and did their best. It is advisable to know that the staff apart from one young lady and the owners do not speak the english language which does cause confusion and mis understandings. It is maybe an idea to give english lessons 10 minutes a day to the staff inorder to improve communications.
The food is truelly excellent. Best thai beef salad and green curry chicken of the island. (and we tried them all)

The hotel was very good value for money, the only drawbacks were
1. the bathroom although clean was worn with both the towel rail and mirror light missing, and
2. The noise from the outside Air Conditioning compressors, would suggest that any body staying at the hotel bring earplugs.
I could certainly recommend the hotel as a cheap and comfortable alternative for short stopovers (1 to 3 Days), both due to its location in Chinatown and close proximity to Outram Park MTR Station (less than 5 minutes walk)

My husband and I loved the resort, it was exactly what we wanted, located just 2 kilometers from the Golf Course. The Seafan was quiet and friendly, and one aspect we really loved was NO TV. We did not want to be tied to phones, computers or TV. Our cottage was situated on the beach, the view was beautiful and, if we wanted to go to Chaweng it was only 20 minutes. If we were to return to Koh Samui we would definitely go back to Seafan. |
