Phi Phi is beautiful. I belive that added to our opinion of Arayaburi. Otherwise, we would've been even more disappointed with the resort. The natural beauty of Phi Phi is what the resort had as an advantage. It definitely was not the cleanliness or the friendliness of staff. The main check-in "Supervisor" should definitely look into customer service courses. I believe that once the other resorts that were closed due to the Tsunami are re-built, Arayaburi will not be able to continue doing business laying on their laurels. I rated value of my money purely on the beauty of Phi Phi, not on the resort's facilities and accomodations. |

The only general comment would probably be that in North America, we have a higher expectation to promptness of reply of emails. Although, I am aware that there is a considerable time differential. |

Excellent accomodation, facilities and hospitality in a beautiful and tranquil setting. Exactly as described and pictured on the hotel's website. The rooms are spacious and cool, each with its own veranda looking onto ornamental pools and gardens. Very Zen! The staff could not have been more helpful. One has a real sense of calm and tranquility.The garden is beautifully designed and maintained.
If you want a Marriott/Sheraton/Hilton experience then Baan Talay Dao is not for you. This hotel is simply a one-off. Please keep it just as it is because I will be returning again and again!!
FYI, the hotel provides a pick up service to and from Bangkok at a very reasonable rate. A very useful service indeed. |

Extremely pleased with the overall service. The response to my initial booking enquiry was quick and subsequent questions answered promptly and fully. The on-line payment facility was simple to use and much easier & cheaper than having to make bank-to-bank transfer.
I wish that some travel agents here in France could be as efficient!! Look forward to using you again.

Excellent. Only the e-mail attachment of the airport round transfer can only print three quarter size portrait or landscape wise on the printer before my trip to BKK. It is a small problem. Will go through you in future when coming to BKK. |

Just a suggestion, maybe you could just give your customers an estimation of how long after the payment is made that the voucher will be issued.
This will be very helpful especially for first timers like us.
