This was the most amazing experience I've had in all of my travels! The resort was spectacular. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, this is definitely a place that you would want to look at. It's set outside of the hustle and bustle of the rest of the island, but within minutes of Fisherman's Village and a number of other tourist destinations. It's nestled in a bay so the water is very calm and great to swim in. The pool is wonderful too, although a bit shallow. We stayed in a chalet and the view was breathtaking. The rooms were fabulously laid out and extremely clean. It's just over a year old so everything was nice and new. We were pleasantly surprised with the accomadations. The only negative about the room was that it was a bit of a hike to get up to the room. However, they did have golf carts that would take you up to your room if requested. The staff was incredible! They were so professional and extremely friendly. We all felt pampered like we never had been before. All in all this is a 5-star resort in our opinion and well worth the money. Highly recommended! You won't be disappointed. |

Ms Mai was absolutely brillient. A lot of friends of ours who hadn't booked through this travel company inexplicably had their accommodation cancelled -despite having paid for it. We had no trouble at all. I would thoroughly recommed using this agency to book your travel anywhere.

As there are mostly Europeans staying at the hotel, we think that the breafast was too much Thai style. Europeans do not eat hot meals (potatoes, sausages, fried fish , neither hot soup etc. for breakfast. We were mostly attracked by eggs and bacon, fruit and cereals, not by vegetables and hot dishes such as spicy chicken, fish soup, mashed potatoes etc. We were looking for some cheese, sausages (salami) and different meat onlays such as pastrami etc. We mostly ate egg and bacon, cereals and fruit. |

At first when I placed a booking I was notified that this had been confirmed. However I later found out that the hotel I initially requested was unavailable. When Patt told me this I wa quite dissappointed and thought that I had been tricked into booking with this particular office. However Patt was very prompt to give me other suggestions in a similar location and price range which indeed turned out to be a good experience. I appreciate the time Patt took after our first discussion to find me alternative accomodation and help with making a holiday our less stressful and more enjoyable. Thanks Patt. |
