We LOVED the Grande Hotel D'Angkor!!! It has so much character and charm, and the staff was wonderful. The cold towels when you come in from the hot, humid jungle were divine. It was a wonderful, charming, calming, delightful respite, with superb wine, food, service, attention, and care. Although we've seen Angkor Wat, I would seek out opportunitites to stay in this hotel again. |

Although the Anduburi Resort was not on the beach, it was an excellent location, just off the main road with plenty of shopping, restaurants around. It was a lovely walk to the beach. The resort itself had a beautiful swimming pool area, breakfasts were very good, and the villas were set in lovely landscaped gardens. The staff were friendly and competent, and helped us with our attempts at speaking Thai. Only complaint was that the bed was too hard (as are many beds in Thai hotels!), but after speaking to the reception staff, they arranged for a padded top to be added to our bed the same day, and it was much more comfortable. We would be very happy to stay at the Andaburi again if visiting the Khao Lak area. |

Ms Nicky was very prompt in her response and was most helpful. However, when we tried to pay by internet, your system asked us to put in our internet banking password. We will never give our password, even on a 'secure' system, so we had to arrange an alternative method of payment by fax, which ended up taking some time.
My only criticism of the entire booking process was the system you use which asks for internet banking password. We would have been happy to pay by internet if not for this question.
Overall, however, we were happy with the accommodation we booked, and the service provided. |

The aircon unit was broken, but the staff quickly moved us to another room, which was recently redecorated and had all new equipment. This room was more expensive than our original room, but we were allowed to stay in that room for the other nights as well. Very good service. |

Very nice resort. Situated on the quiet side of the island between two other, more expensive resorts. Lima Coco does a great job of providing a nice atmosphere for a reasonable price. If you are looking to just kick back and relax for a while this is your place. Wonderful beach and amazing sunsets. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. |
