The last time we stay there in 2004 the hotel was very nice and the staff are too. But we have a slight problem at check-in. Our reservation was for Non-Smoking room, but at check-in there was none. We have a problem that our baby is asthmatic, so we can't take smoking room. We have to complaint and speak to the manager. Any how with a couple of hours of wating she was able to find one for us. We're happy with slight frustration. We hope the next stay in June 2007 will not be a frustration especially after a long long flight.

Hotel could not give us enough twin-bed rooms upon arrival although I requested all rooms, except one, must be twin-bed a long time before. It's embarassing for two gentlemen to sleep on one single bed. I had to ask the reception to change some of the double-bed rooms to twin-bed rooms. The opening hours of the swimming pool should be extended to 10 p.m. at night. |

Mai was prompt an d was attending almost to all the queires before my trip. I will looking forward to visit ChiangRai again in August and will be putting up in the same hotel again.
