It would be very nice to have wireless internet available in the hotel room. It is inconvenient when I have to sit in the lobby for a couple hours to get my work done. It could be made available on one floor, or one wing of one floor for those who need it like I do.
I understand that most guests at the Park Hotel are there on holiday, but some of us do work. |

Bong Sen Hotel was in a great location in the nicer part of the city. Very clean and friendly staff. Easy walk to most tourist spots. Great place to stay. |

I have always availed the services of your firm whenever my family and I travel to Asia and as expected we were given once more a very competent and friendly assistance this time by Miss Toon who took over our travel needs after Miss Anisa left. As usual, the various tours and excursions in Bangkok and Phuket as well as all the transfers were perfectly organized. Although the reception given us at Narai hotel during the first leg of our trip was highly disappointing. However, Miss Toon rectified the situation by making sure of booking us in another hotel after our trip to Cambodia, this time with Eastin hotel where we had stayed several times in the past and as always the hotel staff are most accomodating and polite without the rudeness and impertinence we encountered at Narai. Our usual executive suite was immaculately prepared by the time we checked in but as regular guests we were offered an upgrade to a higher suite category which is even lovelier and more luxurious. We learned from the hotel staff that this hotel will soon undergo extensive remodelling and renovations. We can hardly wait to stay there again on our way to China next year. Once again, our deep appreciation especially to Miss Toon for the wonderful service she rendered us. Thank you very much! |
