Not a bad place to stay everything is good but beware of your belonging in the Hotel room, i placed some money in the safe. the next day, found the safe to be opened and some notes were missing. Report to the duty manager and they were kind enough to check and get back to me saying : " the safe was not locked and from the CCTV, no stranger entered my room". I find that they were trying to covered up for their staff. I remember clearly i did locked the safe and told my husband the password. I did wrote my comment and how i feel about this incident to the duty manager and till now no reply from them. I know that money lost will not be found and we are fine with that small loss. All i can say is, stealing from the guest is the worst thing to be done. We were so disappoint and will never go back to the hotel again. |

No Iron and Iron board for guest usage. Thus, you have to wear clothes that are not iron, right from the luggage or spend money to get iron by outside laundry, It is not just a money matter, but time also, most of these services cannot do a quick turn around time (ie, within the next hour or so), You will need to wait to the next day to get your ironed clothes back. |

I have stayed in this hotel 6 times, aitogether about 16 weeks. And I will come back! I cannot find anything better. This hotel has everything for me. It is beautiful, clean and the service is perfect. |
