We're very grateful to Ms. Nar for helping us out when the type of room we had reserved were all taken. Not only did she ensure we still got a room, but was able to negotiate an upgraded room for the same price! Excellent service, and I will certainly use Royal again on our next trip to SE Asia. |

Location of the hotel is just outstanding. A few minutes walking distance to the restaurants and downtown area of Siem Reap. The room was very good especially for a 3-star hotel. The room was very clean, bathroom facilities were very good, greatly appreciated the electronic safe (though security wasn't a problem in Siem Reap), and great Cable TV channels.
For breakfast, the food was very good, but would like to have had more variety and some bacon, ham, or sausage.
One Internet access laptop was available in the lobby, but it was often being used and was slow when I was using it. Unfortunately, Internet service thoughout Siem Reap was a lot to be desired.
Overall, great hotel and value for my money. |
