My biggest sore point was that the hotel took around one week to respond to my emails inquiry about their community program. It was a really big hassle because we had little time left to prepare proper donation items (i.e. clothes, toys, books) for the orphans and add unnecessary steps to the whole process.
They finally responded and their seeming nonchalant attitude about the mistakes was really aggravating. I didn't help that when I did check in, they keep trying to upsell me on upgrading to a suite when they could've offered it for free because 1. it was our honeymoon and 2. they made a big mistakes and this would be a good way of reversing the damage.
It's too bad because I know that many of their staff are eager, they got excellent property, and they have good community program/involvement. |

I could've gone with other service (Planet Holiday) who offered just slightly more. However, I like the fact that K. Na quick responded to my email inquiry, eager to help, and just have positive attitude in general.
With all her efforts, I was happy to not use Planet Holiday even if they offer just a bit more.
I think that says a lot about K. Na.

Excellent location, very close to large shopping centre and Patpong night market. Just a very short walk to the sky rail National Stadium train station. |

The hotel is located some kilometers from the center, but only takes maybe 10-15 minutes by taxi, so close enough to go to the center daily but far enough to be peaceful and quiet.
Have been to this hotel several times in the past (~7-10 times), so I knew pretty much what to expect and those expectations were met. I really don't have any complaints about the hotel, and as it's quite cheap I gave it excellent value for money. |

Never had a problem working her, always prompt replies and the recommendations she gave us also were good. Given that our requests probably weren't the easiest to fulfill as we had somewhat complex vacation as well as some changes during the vacation, and still everything worked out nicely.
