Have been there for the 4th time. Had the impression they learned quite a bit. Very friendly stuff from reception to bell boys to restaurants and room maids. food much better than 2 years ago, but restaurant prices still on the very high side compared to other places at the beach. quality of breakfast has much improved.
ANNOYING:
the estate between the older superior rooms and the newer de Luxe cottages does not belong to the hotel. They burn stuff every day at around 4 pm spreading a lot of smoke over the de luxe cottages. this smoke can be very hurtful and smelly sometimes. A big minus for the resort. |

used to book a lot through Royal Exclusive, mainly with Toon. Every time very happy with the service and with the efficiency of handling my requests, even out of the offer requests.
Nest will be Mayfair Marriot Langsuan, double bedroom suite like we had this year March 11 onwards (room 701).

The Royal Crown Hotel in Seam Reap was very good. Friendly staff, very good facilities. Overall very satisfied.
The Asia Pacific Hotel in Phnom Phen was very dissapointing. Not very clean, but most of all staff, especially at the breakfast very unfriendly. No smile, no hello, no thank you. We were wondering if they couldn't hear or talk!!! I think if the hotel is serious about attracting travellers they better train there staff the basic common courtesies! Very different to Siem Reap!!
Ps. Our tour guide was also very good! |
