hotel and rooms are very good. however, the service (exept at the reception) is quite insufficient for a resort of this level .since it is a new resort, it will probably improve. the location is quite far from down town. the shuttle bus service is also insufficient. |

This hotel was my choice, as we had a problem finding a suitable hotel in my the location I wanted and within my price range. I like to read other proples comments on the Internet about their experiences in various hotels - and some of the hotels recommended were not highly rated by others on the Internet. Perhaps you should consider expanding the range of hotels that you are able to make booking arrangements with in Hanoi? I would regard the Elios Hotel in Saigon as a very good benchmark standard to utilise for mid-range hotel accommodation - it was excellent.
The Majestic Suite Hotel was in a very central location suitable for me, and was quite comfortable, but it is an older hotel and only has four English-speaking TV channels, which is rather limiting. But, it was my choice, not Nar's !!! |

Nar did a good job to satisfy my repeated demands for a hotel that I considered to be acceptable. I provided a list of possible hotels, but many ot them you do not deal with. As I suggested above, perhaps asia-discovery should consider expanding the range of hotels (mid-range) that you can offer in Hanoi.
