The hotel was great. The service provided by Mr. Pae prior to our stay was outstanding. The dinner and show we paid for one evening was terrible. Half our party's food was not served for an hour after the first two people got their food and the show was substandard. The hotel did not respond to our complaint. |

Mr. Pae was excellent to work with. He was prompt in returning emails, specific in what could or could not be offered and took care of my every request up front so that when I arrived, everything was set. |

The best week we have spent in Thailand, very pleased. Third time we spent time in Thailand. Liked that it was so few hotels along the beach. Very few people and lovely beaches. The Similana Resort offerd harmony and lovely surroundings. We would very much like to come back again.
The only little thing was that our son got red, itchy spots when bathing in the pool. Not important as the beach and the sea was more than enough.

We had booked without extra bed which was OK in our booking but when arriving at the hotel they wanted us to pay for an extra bed. No big problem, when explaining and showing the e-mail with the reservation everything was OK. We booked our stay at the Similana Resort for two adults and two children and stayed in a Delux chalet. Very spacy and convenient. |
