I am just writing to you, in order to thank your for all your assistance in booking the Ao Nang Villa Resort krabi for myself and my parents. The time we spent in the hotel was excellent, and we cannot thank all the staff enough, there were most professional and extremely friendly, I hope to return again very soon! Currently I am working in the Passenger Information Section here in Dublin Airport, and I would have no problem in recommending the Ao Nang Villa and Royal Exclusive Travel to anybody. I am writing to let you know that I am satisfied with the service below that I received from you. There were no problems at all, and my wife and I had an excellent holiday. The rate you quoted was cheaper than other agents, and also cheaper than the walk-in rate at the time. I would certainly consider doing further business with you.
I was initially somewhat concerned about having to fax my credit card details rather than the more usual way of simply going through a secure server. Fax could be inconvenient for some, and of course costs money. I wonder which method is more secure, and am curious as to why you use the fax system. Having said that, I made some enquiries about this on the Internet, and found nothing negative about using the fax system.

Good morning Ms. Nicky!
Myself and my wife are just back to work from our
vacation and we did not check our email since.
Everything has been great and we quickly forgot the
little mishap at For You Residence.
We got the 2500 Baht, we had to move to a more
expensive hotel, there was heavy rain and we couldnt
get a taxi (the traffic in Bangkok is mad!) but at
the end the situation got sorted.
We are not happy at all with the service received at
for you residence but we understand the problem was
out of your control (in fact the hotel honuored your
voucher and gave our money back in cash).
The hotel should at least have provided a car to the alternative place where they claimed they could provide us with a room. |
