The quality and character of the Angkor Village hotel provided me with an appreciation for Cambodian design not evident in other hotels in Siem Reap. The entire staff of the hotel were most courteous and helpful. |

On checking the reservation the day before arrival, the hotel claimed that it had been cancelled. However, the next morning they contacted me to apologise that they had made a mistake and that the booking was fine. It would have been good if this could have been avoided. |

Your assistance has been much appreciated and could have only been improved by removal of the time difference (unavoidable) and a one to one conversation would have speeded the process up. On the basis that this was all done by email, the service you provided was very good.
