Slightly over zealous staff who are a bit over the top in being friendly and helpful and yet fail to deliver excellent service. One load of washing was stained irreversibly blue - after it wasn't collected from the room as promised and had to be delivered to reception later. Later a rushed return to the hotel to collect the travel tickets I had stupidly left in the room got the following response from the reception staff "Oh I noticed them on the table when I checked your room before you left, I didn't say anything though [laughs]" !! A nice enough place but I'd stay somewhere else next time. |
