I would give the resort an Excellent for overall quality if not for the poor hospitality.
Only the front desk personnel was polite and gave me excellent customer service however the rest treated me rather cold.
Maybe it's their perception towards Asian which I think should not be the way.
It's kinda sad to see Asians treat Asians that way.
From what I know Thai people are rich with tradition and very humble.
It disappoint me to be treated as second class customer.
Anyway I had a good holiday but there's always room for improvements
I hope with this feedback the customer service would improve on my next visit especially to fellow Asians.

I would like to applaud their topnotch service.
