Dear Miss Am,
I liked to thank you and your team for your kindness and professionalisme.I
went back twice after this booking in asia hotel with your help(my mail is
now clean) and you were asking me about the Asia hotel about service and
confort.
So that first time my room got a running water problem so I was propose to
change the room,I did let them know that it was Very imprtant that they made
sur the following at the operateur and desk cause I was in bkk for business
and already told my people my room number and my family .Even the front desk
promessed syrely to do it they didn't bringing a big confusion with my staf
in Paris.
The second time was perfect.
The thirth one the room was located in the 9nd floor and EXtremly noisy...I
could sleep arter 0730am cause of the Chinese people around...I had to call
the securite ,even asked nicely to _Please respect the others people sleep
the chinese groups were very rude...But the staff from Asia did send
security to keep the peace.
They also told me that they are aware of this problem but they thought I was
Chinese because of my surname.
So the hotel is nice ,staff friendly and effective maybe only make sur of
wich floor they ckeck you in!!! |
