Good morning from UK, and I'm write here just need to say thank you for your well done job for my stay at Krabi Somkiet buri is such a wonderful resort. The rooms are beautiful, the pool just right and the staff lovely. Add to all this the great beaches and scenery near by and you have the perfect spot for a top holiday. Oh yes, great food too. If you have another customer who need a reccommend, this is your first choice resort.
I've been to Krabi so many time, but this is my first time to stayed in the jungle's nature not on the sandy beach and the sea, but here's very good place to spend a whole week stayed.
Thank you again for your job and we shall see you soon in the near future.

Hi nicky,
we had a very enjoyable time in Krabi, still jus as much fun and relaxing as the last 3 times we were there!
Altho the weather was not favourable, the people were still very much warm and friendly.
we were however a little disappointed, with our return stay from Khao Lak (our trip itenary was KBV - Khao Lak - KBV), we stayed at the same hotel in Krabi - Ocean Garden View. the first 4 days when we stayed, the rooms were very clean, and the staff hospitable. But on our return, they wanted to place us in another room, which was not as convenient (2 seperate beds, instead of a King size bed.... which was most enjoyable for our baby as that was his play area!). Luckily, our father who was travelling with us, managed to convince the staff to change our rooms. Instead, he got another seperate room (also diff from the one jus a few days earlier). To his great dismay, this other room (room 113) was very dusty and musty, and did not smell like it was often used. And he found the bathroom to be very unsatisfactory.
We wanted to speak to the hotel staff, but did not manage to do so in our short stay of the remaining 2 days.
We hope you can convey this to them, on our behalf.
Also, due the the rain, we were indoors very often, and were disappointed to find the TV reception very bad. Not at all like the TV that was in the hotel lobby, which was cable, and very clear!
But we must thank the hotel, for offering us very reasonable rates to my father, who decided to join us last minute on our holiday!
Altho, he did not get to try the hotel pool since the 1st day of his arrival, it started on major renovation. (which was also never mentioned to us during our booking of the hotel)
We look forward to visiting Krabi again, and perhaps this time, we will also try Koh Samui!

Hello Ms Esperanza
My trip to Thailand is now over and I am back home in Australia. The trip was wonderful. My friends and I had a very good time. The hotels that I booked with you in Bangkok, Phuket and Phi Phi were all very nice, and the service was of the highest standard. All of the transfers were as booked. We had no problems. |

I would like to thank you for taking care of my travel plans so well. I plan to come back to Thailand again next year, at which time I will contact you to arrange my bookings again.
The Beachfront Deluxe Bungalows were not available at the Phi Phi Princess. Could you please arrange to refund my American Express account in the amount of 7,080 Baht. Could you please advise me when you have done this.
