I stayed in the resort for 7 nights from 16 July and observed in particular the attitudes of staff. Quality of staff is generally high. For example, fast clean-up by staff of poolside areas and walkways after short rain to facilitate guests, fast response by room service staff to ad hoc request for change of beach towels, fast response by maintenance staff to clearing blocked sewage in the room's toilet and excellent team work of restaurant service and kitchen staff. Senior Management must have provided regular trainings and encouraged staff to exceed guests' expectation.
On hardware, I think improvement should be made on (a) the ventilation system for the bathroom (Luxuary Hotel Room 2nd floor), (b) the availability of internet connectons at the computer corner, (c) the availability of printers at reasonable charge per page, and (d) the availability of a covered walkway between the hotel building and the restaurant.
