I am generally pleased with my hotel although they gave me a smoking room initially but they managed to change it to a non-smoking one within a short time. Apart from this , I am very happy with the hotel from the bell boy to the frontdesk to the waitresses at the restaurants. I will be back soon. As a matter of fact, I'll be coming back for a course again in Oct. |

Not a comment on the agent but the process for online application. I thought it was complex procedure for customers to have to go back and forth many times in order to make a reservation. I remember having to get confirmation for availability, ask for booking, wait for booking confirmation, pay online, wait for voucher, print and finish. Some online registeration is one stop. For example, www.expedia.com is quick and simple to use. |
