THE HOTEL SHOULD CATER ALSO FOR MUSLIM FOOD SEPARATELY, MEANING PUT IN A SPECIAL CORNER. THE FOOD SERVED WAS OKAY, EXCEPT THAT THEY PUT THE PORK SIDE BY SIDE WITH OTHER FOOD. SHOULD CONSIDER THIS ARRANGEMENT AS I SEE MANY MUSLIM STAY IN YOUR HOTEL.
THE ROOM KEYS SHOULD ALSO BE TWO [FOR TWIN SHARING] NOT ONE AS SOMETIMES FRIENDS SHARE THE SAME ROOM BUT GO VISITING/SHOPPING SEPARATELY.

A VERY DEDICATED STAFF WHO REALLY KNOWS HIS WORK. I DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE ARRANGEMENT EVEN AS I STAY IN MALAYSIA. EVERYTHING WAS DONE ON SCHEDULE AND MY GROUP WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MR. SOMKIAT'S ARRANGEMENT. |

I have worked in the hotel business for 25 years and currently at a 5-star resort in Scottsdale, Arizona, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the Inle Regal Resort. It is one of the most unique hotel experiences I've ever had and I've traveled around the world! From the friendly staff (all from Inle area) greeting you with the banging of gongs and a welcome drink at the pier upon arrival via longtail boat to the charmingly appointed rooms that are built on stilts jutting out over Inle Lake, this is a very very special hotel. I understand it is fairly new on your itinerary, so I wanted to be sure to sing its praises. I also stayed in Bagan, Yangon and Mandalay, but since this survey is limited to one hotel, I chose to highlight the Regal Inle Lake. |

Ms. Nar could not have been more helpful and responsive, both via email as I planned my holiday, and in person at her office when I picked up my travel documents. She also assisted me with a dinner at Sala Rim Naam and a half day floating market tour. I was most impressed with her efficiency and courtesy - she is definitely an asset to Royal Exclusive Travel! |
