Annex accomodation significantly poorer when compared to main hotel. Poorer facilities (no shower cubicle in bathroom). lack of privacy with common balcony outside the window.
When encountering a problem (leaking water in the bathroom) service was slow in correcting the situation.
Annex accomadation cannot be described as 4* |

If the promptness has specific time-line (service level), say response time within 24 hours or 12 hours or even 6 hours, customer has better expectation and readiness when to get response.
I sent out the request at midnight and your staff responded me within very short time and sent me an email at 4:30pm next day. I was requested to confirm my request and to finish payment procedure before 6pm same day, otherwise not guarantee securing the room, etc. When I was available to check email at 8pm, then, I was a little bit nervous to fill the payment form and do the payment immediately.
So, with responsiveness is good while with better communication and mutual understanding are better.
In general, I am satisfied with the overall booking. |
