Our room was fantastic. Initially we had wanted one of the cottages but ended up in one of the 'buildings' which was actually better.........really modern and clean with a huge private ground floor veranda. I would definitely go back there - it was a perfect holiday even considering we had two young children with us. The beach, the ability to jump on a longtail boat and visit other islands, the pool........beautiful scenery was perfect. In terms of the staff it was a bit hit and miss as some really were very friendly and others unbelievably rude. I did see some other holiday makers being quite rude too BUT this is not really an excuse for, at times, aggressive behaviour from waiters. Overall though a fantastic holiday, we didn't want to leave and will definitely go back soon. |

Great.......immediate and helpful responses and lots of suggestions when the initial resort we had chosen turned out to be booked up. I will certainly ask for Somkiat when we next make a booking. |

Room (deluxe) was spacious, clean and beautiful. Bathtub is big enough to accomodate 2persons. However, no toothbrush/paste is provided.
Pool was fantastic and beautiful. However the jacuzzi wasn't working when we were there.
Breakfast (complimentary) was very basic at best. |

had great time in Krabi the location was perfect. the accomadation was a bit more expensive than some of the others we stayed in but was still lovely. the hotel staff were ok but sometimes did not understand our english very well... the food was gorgeous and very well priced. overall we loved it and would go back again. |
