Bad check in and check out. Service from the receiption is awful. The manager is trying to charge above the agreed price. Spoiled dinner. Gala dinner is not worth the money paid. The telephone messages were not delivered. |

Rooms and Hotel overall are great; local staff is extremely friendly and helpful; foreign staff in F&B however seem arrogant (for whatever reason) and did not give a good impression at all (shouting at staff in front of guests, superficial friendliness, etc); food was below expectations (all meals!)
Despite the F&B shortcomings, we enjoyed our time in Siem Reap a lot! |

We selected a mid priced hotel and considering that fact, we found the hotel adequate in all respects. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast had good variety of food and the service and hospitality was good.
We will recommend your company to anyone that wishes to travel to SE Asia and we will certainly use your services again if we are in the region.
