The hotel was rated "First Class" which was a bit misleading. The hotel is in need of renovation. Service was good and kind there anyway. |

My apology for not being able to comment on the food as I did not take anything at the hotel and whatever coupons given to me and my daughter for welcome drinks and breakfast remain unused. As Muslims, we had to look out for HALAL food outside and managed to find a good restaurant somewhere at the Ratchathevi MRT station after some hunting. Communication is a little hard because the ordinary fellow on the street only speaks Thai and we don't.
The taxis in Bangkok helped a lot because there are many and in very good conditions. The fares are also relativlely cheap compared to many other cities I have come across. The people I met are generally polite including most taxi drivers. |

Excellent stay, to improve on service, hotel should provide in each room electrical outlet cord adapters. Our digetal camera needed an electrical plug adapter to match Thailand's electrical outlet plug. Besides that, hotel stay was excellent. |
