This hotel has an excellent location, close to everything. The hotel need to be renovated. It seems to be old, and was quite dirty in rooms. The rooms were very dark, and the lamps was so poor, so in evenings you could hardly not see. There were no shelf, you could put your bag or clothes on. No doors into toilet. The Jacuzzi-room we paid a lot moore for, was not value for the money. The porch had no chairs, only one sofa, and no table. The Jaccuzzi was working, but the bath-tub was quite old and dirty, so we did not use. The location is very good of this hotel,but the staff can do a little better to clean up in surrounding areas, the garden could be much moore nicer, and with rather easy methods, I think this hotel could be so good if the staff try harder to make a little extra. The staff was very friendly, but we also noticed that they did not work very hard for the guests comfort. Still we are very satisfied with our trip to Koh Samui. |

I think the service we received from you was execellent, and the voucher-procedure worked very well. The Malibu Beach Resort is not a 3 star category, only 2 star. I think you should change on your Web-site.
We are very satisfied with your booking, and I will contact you again when we travel nex time.

Well everything is okay only the booking i made for my return back to bangkok i unable to get my delux room of rate 1200 bhat and have to go for a suite room which was told by the hotel staff the only room left.As it was in the early morning back to bangkok i took up the room for 2000 bhat with a 1000 bhat deposit.There is a lady staff working on the front desk which is very helpful to me.I dunno her name but she help me out when i need to print out my e-ticket for my flight.She ask a staff to bring out a printer for me but later found out without ink.Although i cant print out and e-ticket, she go beyond her job scope to help me out.I am very grateful to her and which i feel that is the service which give a deep impression of her.I hope the angency can help me to thank her on behalf and i wont mind going back there to stay.Overall, i am happy with the stay in Bangkok.Korb khun Krap :) |

We totally thoroughly enjoyed our time at Angsana Resort and Spa. A wonderful place which we would highly recommend to all our friends. Wonderful staff, food, accommodation etc.
Veligandu was also wonderful, and we really enjoyed our two weeks there in the water villa which you managed to finally secure for us at the last minute, after a lengthy booking period.
We would like to thank you for all your help and assistance and assure you we had a wonderful holiday. |

We dealt with several agents during our reservations, and though we had problems with our original booking due to lack of water villas even though we had enquired within plenty of time, this problem was eventually rectified to our satisfaction and we thank Miss Pin for this, and her colleagues.
