Although it was a challenge getting to the Narima, we finally made it there and felt like we had stumbled into Paradise. Set on a private beach in amongst the tropical surrounds, we lazed the days away by the pool, on the beach and enjoying the food. Overall, a lovely stay! |

shopping at Ben Thanh market is convenient but getting food is a bit of problem. The hotel is clean and new. There is a park opposite the hotel and many locals go there for relaxation. |

The resort looked a little \"tired\" but we enjoyed it particuarly as there was a Jazz Fesitval on right outside the hotel. |

Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for the hotel arrangements made at the \"Evergreen Place\". We enjoyed our stay there. It was conveniently located; close to the malls and train service was close by. The staff at the hotel were very helpful, and provided us excellent service. Thnk you for the sight seeing yours - we were impressed with the transportation, knowleageable tour guides and enjoyed all we got to see. We love your country and your people, who are so polite and friendly. The hospitality of the Thai people was wonderful. We would love to revisit Thailand definitely again in the future.
My apologies for not replying earlier, as we just returned home this week. Following our vist to Thailand we went on to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and then on to the Philippines. Our entire orient tour was wonderful. Thank you very much for all you all did to make our visit so special.

Special mention must be made of your staff member \"Ms. Jose\" .
We were told about her by my nephew who visited Bangkok with his family in December 2004. Ms Jose was very prompt in replying to my emails, and all the arrangements and tour recommendations she made were excellent. When I was in Bangkok I phoned and personally thanked her for all she did to make our first visit to Thailand a memorable one. |

The staff at the hotel were very friendly especially the Restaurant Manager who took really good care of us. - he was fantastic. The only comments I have are as follows:
* We did not see the General Manager once during our stay - not even walking around or helping his staff.
* We asked for a late check-out on the day of our departure and were told we would have to pay for it..... the hotel was not fully booked. Did not go out of their way to help us.
* The bathroom in our bedroom was not very clean - wall tiles by the bath had not been cleaned for a very long time.
* For a three star hotel there should have been a hairdryer in the room aswell as tea/coffee making facilities. |
