The hotel didn\'t really keep up with its surrounding. We thought our little Jacuzzi suite will be more secluded, but it was right next to the lobby!!! Inside the room, the amenity was just average. We didn\'t even have a facial tissue paper, but only have toilet paper to clean our face! Out in the main lobby, it gave me a different impression from the first time I visited this hotel. Now the fountain was filled with many water creatures and mosquitos!!
The first time I visited this hotel was in 2004 and thought that it was fabulous, but only a year after... I felt that I was overpaid for something mediocre compared to the hotel that we stayed in Koh Tao island. |

Fast and efficient. I hope you will read my comment or post my comment regards to the hotel (S\'Mor Spa Village). They really need to do something more...if they are going to charge this much and to call themselves a 3-4 stars hotel. |

management at sedona hotel very unhelpful, unprofessional and unreasonable.
I would not stay here again because of this and would discourage others from staying here.
Hotel hardly airconditioned- especially restaurants and corridors- not what you would expect from 5 star hotel. Very dissatisfied from hotel. |
