She was very helpful to everything.Even know I cancel my reservation a couple days before she still managed to get me another option.
Very very nice and friendly agent that I have met a few in Thailand.

We were very satisfied with your agents handling pickup on arrival.
The only problem we had was the pick up from Lomprah back to Koh Samoi, we booked with reception when we got to the jetty they had no record of our booking.
Thanks to Dom one of your staff and his assistant and several phone calls record of our booking was found, we had to travel by high speed cruiser as the catermaran was fully booked by then. But grateful thanks to Dom and assistant we continued our journey, but their service was excellent.
We hope to come to your resort again in the future as it was very relaxing and comfortable. |

This hotel is magnificent and in a perfect location. The rooms are very well furnished and comfortable. The pool, sauna and steam are fantastic and the gym is very well equipped.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff, everyone is so helpful and friendly. I have stayed in this hotel on four occasions and each time it gets better and better. I will stay here again when I'm next in Bangkok. |
