Hello! this e-mail that follows here explains why we are not satisfied on the hotel:
"Hello!
We were guests at your hotel from 27 until 29 june and enjoyed a nice visit. Unfortunately our visit was not just nice for us... June 28 my wife visited your spa. To store her clothes and handbag under the spa-treatment she got to borrow a little closet. One of your employees pointed out several times that the key to the closet was the only key, so my wife left her clothes and her handbag there. The spa-treatment was good and my wife was satisfied.
But on the evening when we went to the city for shopping we discovered that there was only 100 euros in my wifes wallet. It should had been 350 euros... We were unsecure if we hade got those 350 euros with us from home because there was 100 euros left in the wallet (very smart of the thief!). But now when we are back home, we can establish a fact that those 250 euros was stolen and it was stolen at your hotel and spa. We did not want to bring this up before we was complete sure that the money was missing!
By this e-mail we just want to point out that unfortunately You lost one of your guests and that we will not recommend your hotel to anyone!

The location was very isolated and we needed to hire a scooter the whole time we were there to be able to get around. We had intnted to spend most of the time relaxing by the pool but the pool was very dirty and not well maintained and had thousands of ants floating on the surface for days and days making it very unpleasant. The filters did not seem to be working and this had been one of the main attractions when choosing the property so was very dissapointing. The food was also not of a very good standard so we chose to travel to Lamai or Chaweng for our meals. The room was fine though, but we will not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. As we were on our honeymoon we had also been told we would be recieiving a fruit basket which never arrived. |

Maybe this is a new hotel, when taking Taxi, no taxi driver seem to know this place. Location a litttle bit out though it is still within walking distance to the underground MRT train. The design of the hotel lobby is excellent ! Room is great too ! For this kind of set up, price is defintely reasonable !!! |
