This resort was fantastic.. It was just far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of the main street, and had tuk tuk's available right outside the resort which was only a 5 minute ride into patong.
The only thing we found that wasnt the best, was the hardness of the beds in the resort.. It was like lying on a wooden floor.. reason for me only giving a Good for facility and comfort etc.
Food and staff there were fantastic as well.. not to mention the facial and massagse in the spa..
Other than that our stay was perfect. |

Also stayed at Imperial Tara in Mae Hong Son. I wouldn't consider it the same quality as the Sheraton in Chiang Mai, but I realize it is a much more remote location. The rooms were very simple, not what I would consider a 5 star accommodation. Food was fair. Location a bit out of town, but they had a shuttle. |

Nicky's service was fantastic. She was very patient with me, as I took quite a long time to finalize my plans. Documents were delivered to my hotel in Bangkok as promised. Everything went very smoothly.
Side Note: I tried to reach you at the office in Bangkok to book local tours, found that the office had been closed. |

I paid for a Deluxe Seaview double room but when I checked into the hotel, they had said that all the double rooms have been booked and only twins were available.
The description and picture on your website also shows a second storey room with a bathroom which is not what I paid for at all which is on the ground floor.
Eventually, I had to pay more to upgrade to a more decent suite.
This caused much disappointment and perhaps more details can be given for each type of room so as to avoid such problems. |
