Ms. Thip is a tremendous asset for the company. She is very pleasant to deal with and very efficient in getting things done. Ms. Thip went out of her way to help me with some information regarding another hotel that I had booked with another agency but which was unwilling to assist me.
If all your employees are like Ms. Thip, your company will definitely succeed even where others fail. I, for one, will definitely move all my Southeast Asian travel plans to this company and will enthusiastically recommend it to others.

I am very disappointed with the officer from Reservation Desk.
After the 2 days stay in Pathuwan Princess (room booked from Internet), I wanted to extend another night at PP so I called up the Reservation Desk.
Firstly, the officer who answered the call raised her at me when I asked further why the rates she quoted was double that of the internet rates. She told me that was because the rate from internet was quoted by agent not PP. Without a second word, she asked me to call the agent. The first conversation ended here.
After discussing with my hubby of the rate the officer had offered, my hubby advised me to call again in case I heard wrongly. So, I call the Reservation Desk again. Before I could say anything, the same officer said:" You called five minutes ago, and I have told you that ....."
Up till today, I think that this particular officer is not suitable in the service industry. I am very upset with her poor attitude. PP should train her staff more professionally. The above experience has triggered me to book with another hotel.

Overall, the hotel and related services were good, no complaints. The only drawback, I felt was that the rooms that we stayed in did not have a doorbell (I do not know if this problem exists across the line for all rooms). The problem in this case is that if one is on the balcony, there is no way that one can hear a knock on the door due to the pretty high decibel level outside (traffic and the sound of the sea / wind). This problem could be addressed by fixing a door bell or if the cost is prohibitive or if the job on hand is a bit too cumbersome, an alternate system could be organised by way of a common in house telephone to be installed on each floor to service the room extensions of that particular floor. In this way, if the caller does not receive a response on knocking the door, he or she could then call the particular room in question over the intercom. |

Ms. Thip was very prompt and courteous in response to our booking request and also in expediting the despatch of the hotel voucher (via email), of course after receipt of the credit card verification and subsequent credit. I would like to take this opportunity in requesting you to treat this as a personal message of thanks to Ms. Thip for a job well done!!!
The fact that the overall impression of the hotel is only good instead of excellent does not in any way dilute the efficiency of Ms. Thip because I had specifically asked for a reservation at Pattaya Centre Hotel based on the comments of a friend who had stayed there earlier and had not left the choice to Ms. Thip. |

This is the second time I have stayed at these hotels.
Both times I was extremely impressed with the service; hospitality and cleanliness of the facilities. The entire staff was always willing to assist me with any of my needs.The food was excellent at both locations also. I will return in the future and continue to encourage my friends and family to experience what your hotels have to offer. |
