We had a great time staying in your hotel. The service was wonderful. We enjoyed all the amenities. The only constructive criticism I can think of was, we couldn't get a hot shower in our room. Other than that everything was wonderful. Thank you, Victoria Stein |

Very modern room. A bit small but very comfortable though. The staff there are very friendly and helpful while respecting your need for privacy all the time.
The location was great too as we managed to avoid most of the jams in the city even in the evenings. And there is an MRT station which is only a 3min stroll away. |

Unfortunately we cannot say we've truly enjoyed our stay at IMPIANA. Though the hotel looks quite nice overall (nice reception, nice little souvenir store, great SPA, nice restaurants), the room was quite old and poorly maintained. It definitely did not reach the standard of DELUXE we have made reservations for (and neither can the hotel be ranked as a four-star hotel, to our opinion). To list just a few things, the floor missed tiling right in front of the entrance door (some linoleum was placed there), a drawer in the closet was broken (and this to the point we could not open it at first), some rust was evident in the bath tub, the door to the balcony did not close properly. It is our impression that though some effort had been made to keep the hotel up, no efforts were made to maintain the rooms (or at least the room we were given).
A final note: we especially did NOT like the fact that we were not given a copy of the hotel bill: that we shown to us, but as soon as we paid it off, a copy of it was not given to us. And honestly, it is our impression that we were charged about 200 bahts more than due (we were to pay 200 bahts for a taxi ride, three LOCAL calls and probably one drink). We were told the total was 477 bahts, but never had copy of the bill back to verify.
