The Hotel is in a nice an quiet location. Staff at the hotel do not go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and do the bare minimum in terms of providing service and being helpful. All in all I would not reccommend staying here again as better places can be found for the same price. |

we have found a marvellous hotel with a service that we never found elsewhere, the top that we have seen. We can only recommend to stay at this hotel, the rooms are perfect, all is perfect, it's like a dream. all the staff is excellent |

I was originally given a room on 19th floor where they were renovating quite a few rooms. My room and the entire floor as well smelled very strongly of glue and it gave me bad headache. When I called receptionist to inform them about the smell, was told that 19th floor was the only non-smoking floor and they will send someone to "take care" of me. Shortly, a chambermaid arrived with a can of spray and started straying the whole room. That was just temporary relief. When the scent was gone, again the glue smell was terrible. The next time, I went downstairs to the receptionist and told her the same problem. The receptionist simply told me to go upstairs and wait for her call. Well, the wait was almost 45 mins. What a waste of time. And after waiting, I couldn't take it any longer and didn't want to spend my first day in bangkok in the hotel room, I went to the receptionist again. This time, at last, i was atttended to by another person and given room on the 22nd floor (so they actually had other non-smoking floors!). Room was alot smaller but at least, no glue smell. Other than this, overall was ok for the rest of my stay. |

It's just openned since last July, so something may not in a good condition such as a full of flush toilet or noise from construction of many new buildings around the main building. |
