We stayed at the Rama Garden hotel for our first night and it was fully booked for our last night that's why we chose the Miracle Grand instead. I think if we had not stayed at the Rama Gardens before staying at the Miracle Grand, my rating would have been "excellent" for the Miracle Grand but compared to the Rama Garden it is now "Good":
Pick-up Service from Airport worked very well. We had a room at the Executive Floor which was very nice. However the beds (mattresses) are extremely hard (it felt like sleeping on a piece of wood) and the rooms are poorly soundproof (both to the outside (you hear the planes!!!) and corridor - you can hear every word that is spoken outside the room!
Overall, it's really a good hotel conveniently located but I definitively would prefer the Rama Garden again next time (due to the nice gardens) and better value for money. |

I had food poisoning from their seafood BBQ one night and remained ill for 2 days in relative discomfort and pain. I will not go to eat at KC Grande Resort again.
Also the American Breakfast was ALWAYS COLD!! Fried eggs, bacon, sausages all cold. Terrible. |
