The website says that all rooms have bathtubs but actually not.
That was a big dissapointment.
Also DVD was not in the room.
Shoudl be all the rooms equip with DVD player.
However, I really like the furnitures and ambience. |

It is a beautiful hotel, big rooms with Balcont overlooking the gulf. GOod service. Unbelievable value for the money. Great location in the Middle of town. CLose to restaurants. |

Have some bad smell in the room. Hot water is not working welll probably due to they are installing new hot water system during that period. |

The location of the hotel is really very good, also most of the facilities. But in fact the suites are not big deal, the living room goes to the corridor and one really never likes to sit there. Unfortunately there has been a problem with the waste water tubes, I guess, what resulted in annoying bad smells in the corridor we had been. The response to that problem, that might be a permanent, of the management has not been satisfactory!
Also I don't like very much the entrance hall of that hotel, it is very cold and overloaded! Overall rating, the hotel is o.k, but not really convincing! |

The Pimalai Resort is a superbe hotel in the middle of trees and a nice long beach. Unfortunately the transfer from Krabi airport is a bit long but it is worth. The rooms are very spacious with a lovely terrasse, the nicer ones are located on the first floor. Staff is excellent and cater to your very needs and wishes. We will go back. |
