Taxi drivers in the lobby were very disturbing. Every time we left the hotel they tried to get us to ride with them. We took taxi on the street for a third of the price they offered. The also had hard to accept no for an answer and was not friendly. I would like to comment the transfer we booked from the airport to the hotel; it was very comfortable to have someone to pick us up at the airport but for 900B we expected a limousine. Next time we will take a taxi by ourselves from the airport. |

The private beach was quite something.
We were quite delited to also have at hand Mr Ferri, who works at the hotel, as guide for our stay.
Thank you very much to Ms Puk, from the agency, for her very nice and professional assistance. This was the highlight of our vacation.

thank you for your kind help in helping us get a reservation at the Koh Chang Grand Lagoona.
It was as described in the information on the website. We enjoyed every second we were there - far away from all other noisy tourists.

It was a good hotel but not what we had expected. I rather choose another hotel next time. In some places it was not fresh looking, the bed was like a floor and the aircondition was not in good order. |
