Comments - add more variety to the dinner menu. What was offered was good, but another entree or two would be nice. Breakfast and lunch, as well as bar and snack menus are good. All staff/management was efficient, relaxed and cordial, well-run resort. Perhaps a little more info on the resort in each room would be nice, a site map of the resort and dive/snorkel areas, tide charts, hours of meals, excursions available and costs, basic orientation info. Rooms were nice, outdoor bathrooms would look nicer if they had a just couple of landscape plants or flowers in the open sand shower areas. |

I had inquired about a couple resorts in the beginning, just to get a feel of the resorts offered and costs. I pursued further two resorts, Helengeli and Kuredu Resort, only to find out they don't usually book less than a week's stay at Kuredu, especially as a single traveler. This is fine, but had I know this policy of the resort's to begin with, it may have saved time/communication delays. All in all things worked out fine however! Next time I'll book at Kuredu for a week and Helengeli a week! It was a very enjoyable 4 days. |

My husband was sick while we were at this hotel and we were very impressed with the attention we received from the owner; he provided a taxi and sent the manager of the hotel to accompany us to the emergency clinic where he translated for us and we received prompt attention. My husband recovered very quickly after this consultation. The owner subsequently enquired daily as to my husband's progress. I highly recommend this facility. |

We had a luxury bungaloo but in Phi Phi Island you have to redefine your idea of luxury (at least at this resort). The bathroom were less than good with sewage smell and a water drainage system less than efficient. I won't mention the "cockroaches" we found in our bathroom due to the lack of "hermetic water canalization". The exhaust pipe and the sink hole of the shower were not properly connecting so that some of the shower water was directly falling on the ground undeneath the bungalow and left the "door open" for all sort of "bugs" to come in. The shower window was also very unefficient and left no opportunity to properly ventilate the room. Overall the shower did not appear to be very clean with tile joins brownish instead of whitish. |
