The only problem we have encountered is the limosine service. The normal taxi fair to downtown is 55 bhat, but we got charged 500. Now it is ok once but my friend had the same experience, Rick Barron. Ithink the drivers name is Tony. If this the cost that the hotel needs to maintain this car ( i don't belieive it is) than better off sub conracting with a private firm, or we should pay for this service at the reception and add it to the overall bill. This needs attention, as a lot of people can gho away with a different view of this service. We will be back next year, it is a little out of town but taxis are cheap. Keep up the good job.
Ps Perhaps expand the menu for room seervice, and if the do not disturb sign isa out that is exactly what it means to everyone, ie house keeping etc. reception can handle this. |

Some times it is difficult to use the online payment system. This is manily to geographical location i e Africa, server is down no telephone lines or fax machines available. Some tolerance is required in these circumstances expecially when you get a serious customer. Emails must be read and questions answered . Realise that the language barrier exists but all is well if it ends well. Good job Ms thipp done well, considering that she was dealing with a difficult situation. We will use her services again.
Also used Na Pina he has done well and will use him again. Please pass on our thanks and perhaps both these people need recognition, not to mention the staff at the Royal Princess Larn Luang. You should be proud of Thailand, it is truly aplace to visit more tahn once. |

The hotel was perfectly located between the sea and shopping area. We stayed at the Pacific suite with great ocean and city view. The room and the living hall were awesome. Very cosy and comfortable sofa set. Pefect for family of 4. Will recomend anyone who wish to stay in Hua Hin. |

With small children we needed a two bed suite in a central location. This hotel was ideal. The restaurant is its only facility and since we arrived late there was no food other than the convenience store on the corner. Fixtures & furnishings were satisfactory though not luxurious. Having said that it was still good value for money taking into account its location. Would definitely stay there again providing there was no major price increase. |
