The hotel was in a great location and for the price very good service. The aircon wasn't working and they sent someone up to fix it right away. The only negative comment was that we had to insist on a room when we checked in at 5 PM. At first they said that they had none ready..They found one and did give us a later check out time of 3:30 on our day of departure.
All in all the it was just fine. |

I extremely pleased with you immediate response to our emails while we were on route. The coupon was a little difficult to print but the hotel had no problem with our reservation so that we didn't need to show the complete printout.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff, although a little further out from the centre of Chiang Rai then we expected. It was occasionally difficult to find a tuk tuk to take us into town meaning we usually ended up walking a bit of the way. The food (and coffee) in the breakfast buffet each morning was cold and tasteless which was a bit disappointing. |

We are greatly dissatisfied with our stay at Plaloma Cliff Resort. I will demand that this Hotel is not a Resort!!
The reasons is:
- Negligence Cleaning, we were 3 persons, but we always get 2 towels and 2 water despite that we where 3 on the room and despite that we demand every day. No cleaning in our terrace
- Arrogant staff in reception
- It was ants everywhere in our room (in be, in toilet etc)
- The Hotel is like an rubbish dump, and that is obvious that the owner is not interested to develop the activity, just earn more money
I propose that you never recommend this hotel to your customers again. Its not worth the price you must pay.

The accomodation was good value for money, very clean, very reasonably priced and location was excellent. Food was fabuloous and fresh, service was prompt staff were remarkably friendly. Excellent value for money!! |

the chaweng villa beach resort is ideally located for the nightlife,i found the staff very helpful and plesant.i would stay there again but not at xmas,as the prices dont reflect the value for money. |
