we really enjoyed our time in your nice resort. the bungalows were great and clean and i'm sure that we come back again.
the only thing you have to do better in this resort is the loundry. they lost one trouser of us and destroyed some shirts becouse of another colour :o)

We had a great time at Phi Phi island hotel, close to the wharf and main eating area of the island. The only thing that might be an issue is the lack of an elevator in the hotel. We stayed in a suite on the top floor which meant after a hard day diving we still had to climb a lot of stairs. In general it's a great place and I would recommend it. |

We enjoyed our stay at Koh Thailand and recommend it to all. During our roundtrip we met friendly people, saw a very colourful, changing nature, especialy at Khao Sok we may say thanks to Frankie at Riverside Cottages. Also at Kho Lanta at The Narima the peolpe and the staff are very friendly and helpful, thanks to the diving team. And many thanks to Ms Esperanza from the asia-discovery team for the well organized trip, recommendable!

Great location. Best beach on the island. Not too developed although building work is underway. The hotel is small but very beautiful and right in the middle of the beach. Food and drink is way too expensive but Nature Rocks next door has a great restaurant and beach bar - best place on the beach - great atmosphere and has an a/c bookstore and internet library. No complaints really. Liked the hotel's free film DVD library - over 200 films to choose from. |

The booking service was great but had a problem whilst on holiday that was poorly dealt with. Our flight from Bangkok to Trat was cancelled and we had to stay in an airport hotel before flying to Trat the next day. The Bangkok Air representative used her mobile to phone you to tell Hotel Bhumiyama that we would not be arriving until the following morning and not to worry or let our reservation go. We arrived at our hotel to find that no-one had phone them and that they had had to phone you that morning to find out whether we were still planning to arrive. We thought that this was poor service |
