Hotel is fairly old and when seen from outside, it does not give a good impression. A coat of new paint for the external will give it a 'new' look. The carpets ( executive suit) needs to be replaced.
External signage leading to the hotel should be more prominently place.
Breakfast has limited choices but it is okay.
Tourist would not paying a bit more for a newer and cleaner look. Location is not too bad but many friends staying in Bangkok have difficulty to find the hotel because of poor signage. More promotion in Bangkok will provide a better known image but some refurbishment ought to be carried out for the rooms. |

It would be better if the appropriate response is sent once . I received two responses; one to submit details by fax and then another on line via internet. I would have preferred to response by internet and save the hassle of faxing the details. |

Nice hotel. Fabulous view.
Didn't eat there though as so many places out the door.
No tea or coffee making facilities in rooms

* Both guides very friendly but Mr Ball did not pick us up from Chiang Mai Station on arrival, and although promised to refund our 80 THB for the taxi never did so. Bit disappointed at that.
