The facilities are perfect. The hotel is beautiful. However, it's not exactly the same as the hotel presented on the website that "every room has seeview". Actually the views in the Banyan wing are better than those in the Garden wing although the Garden wing is newer and more expensive. |

I specifically asked for twin beds at booking, but this request seems to have been ignored by the resort so my 2 friends had to share a double bed. The staff was helpful in trying to resolve this but could not because the schedule was full (I understand that). Still, my friends were a little bit disappointed. |

hotel was in a prime site for the amenities and we found it very easy to get to the shopping mall. as for the air conditioning it did keep waking us up with the tempreture gauge going on and of all night ,and the window in our room was not safe as the whole window when pulled open came of the runner at the bottom.we found the staff very helpful and pleasant and overall we had a good holiday and would consider going again . very well priced and good food. only one real problem were the smells from the drains and in the bathroom at times made us feel a little sick. thank you very much for all your help in finding us this accomadation we know it must have been hard as all the hotels were fully booked.once again many thanks and Sawadee. we did not do the tours as we had my son taking us around |

Our room was not renovated for quite some time, one could have seen that on the walls and the quality of the mattress was very poor. Just one TV news channel in english. |
