For guests it may be better to come earlier in direct contact with the resort that was chosen. a Questions to your organisation was once not always answered exactly. For example: We asked from Hua Hin , a few days before we went to Ban Krud, a question about the number of batthrooms in our family bungalow (per e-mail). The answer was, that our booking was already confirmed.-The question seemed to be missunderstood.

This is a true 5 star Hotel with larger that normal suite rooms, magnificent city or river views and you are guaranteed a high floor as the hotel starts on level 51 !!
Friendly and efficient staff , excellent modern decor, and magnificent view create the perfect ambiance . A real oasis in the heart of bustling Bangkok . |

No one told us that it was a not smoking hotel, and for smoking we had to go outside or use the roof. The Hotel also had a 1000 Baht refundable fee that should be paid by signing in - I find it strange that the agency are not providing such informartion. We was lucky bringing local currency, but else we would need to find an ATM in order to get the fee. We was not happy with the hotel, and checked out after only 1 hour. Completelywase of time and money. |
