The Tipa Resort is very nice and a good value for the the money. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. We booked tours through the hotel for convenience and were pleased with the tours. The rooms are clean and spacious. This is our second visit and it was just as good as the first time. We would recommend it. |

Our agent, Ms. Thip, did a good job. She was responsive, very patient and polite at all times. We are very satisfied with her. Also, we believe we got a good price from Royal Exclusive.
However, we aren't happy with your IT department. We were sent an email attachment that we were supposed to print out and give to the hotel. However, most the form wo9uld not print on standard A4 paper because it was such a large scale that only the upper left corner printed. This corner did not have the necessary info. I have extensive experience with computers and never had the problem before. Ms. Thip tried sending it in another format but it still did not print properly. She needs better IT department support! But may thanks to her for trying. |

It would be wonderful if Aleenta rooms provided a small electric kettle for their guests to enjoy complimentary tea/coffee. Everything else was good and I have recommended the place to many of my friends who looked at my photos with envy! :) |

baan thai is a small resort (20 rooms) and we like staying at places like this.The hospitality was very good and we enjoyed are stay there. Its even possible that we will stay there again.Next year we are thinking of spending a week in Hanoi and then a few weeks in Thailand. Do you have any sugestions of a small, not to expensive hotel in Hanoi? |

Very well located with nice rooms and a friendly staff. Only negative point - waiting sometimes for being seated for the breakfast buffet, many people and then lack of glasses etc.. However, lovely variety of food, exellent.
Overall rating: excellent! I will use this hotel again for sure and will recommend it for sure. |
