The including breakfast was not at all to satisfaction. There was not much to chose from and the staff was not fast enough to fill the plates up. (The Resort was fully booked at the time). Regarding the prices that they charge at the hotel per night I think you should have a better breakfast.
The dinner was not either at please. Dirty table clothing and some of the worst meals we had in Thailand.
The room (Hillside superior) was absolute lovely. Nothing to complain about, overall a very pleasent stay at Koh Ngai. :-) |

When we arrived at the hotel there was no reservation for us! First the hotel wanted us to take a more expensive alternative than reserved and pre-payed for. When we told then that we would not accept any additional costs they managed to arrange our bungalows as ordered.
Please make sure that the communication with your hotels are working and make re-re-confirmations. This time it worked out for us, next time it may not .... |

The hotel's location is suitable for those who like a quiet beach. It is isolated and not like the one noisy and crowded as Patong nor Ton Sai Bay. To be honest, the resort's hardware/facility is under average, especially the standard room. But the staffs are pretty friendly and helpful.
In total it's a nice experience. Some update on the resort itsself will improve the impression of the resort greatly. |

Small fresh nice Hotel directly on the beach.Relax and cosy atmosphere.Bad thing that happend in the hotel:lack of security,A couple from Australia was robbed in their room and our friends had burglers in their room,swedish money was stolen.The Management handled very good with this situation.
